KC Overseas is an Ed Tech Company and since its inception in 1998 has evolved into one of the most respected and valued brand in overseas education. What began as an start up two decades ago is now an established organization with 1200+ University / Institution partnership across 45+ countries, 60+ offices and 750+ professionals. Keeping the growth trend upward KC has came up with its MIHAN SEZ facility in Nagpur to provide academic infrastructure for foreign universities.

Requirement:

The client required such an AV environment that could provide clear audio and high quality video and very easy to use experience. They wanted a system that can be operated or used by anyone without any detailed technical knowledge.

The requirement is for 17 Audio Visual enabled spaces:

Hybrid Classroom

  1. Display: LG 7000 Lumens 4k High Brightness display Projector making effective screen size of 133 inches.
  2. Camera: Lumens 12x Optical Camera that tracks the presenter with advanced gesture control.
  3. Microphone: Nureva Patented mist technology microphone gives full room mic coverage and intelligent sound tracking for room dimension of 30 X 30
  4. Switching: Crestron Switching solution enabled Single cable connectivity of the entire AV setup on podium.

Huddle Room

  1. Commercial Display: A Samsung 43″ Professional display designed for long-duration operation.
  2. VC Device (Video Conferencing): Logitech Conference Cam Connect All-in-One solution, which combines a camera+speaker+ microphone also it has built-in battery.
  3. Collaboration solution: Zoapi unified platform for Multi VC conference, Wireless presentation and Digital signage.

Training Room

  1. 5K Interactive Flat Panel: Delta 92″ 21:9 5K Display provide more pixel than 4K so writing and annotation experience is better.
  2. Microphone: Audio Technica high quality Hand / Headworn / Podium microphone,
  3. Audio: CSC crystal clear audio solution, Ceiling speaker with matching Ceiling color.

Town Hall

  1. 5K Interactive Flat Panel: Delta 92″ 21:9 5K Display provide more pixel than 4K so writing and annotation experience is better.
  2. Microphone: Audio Technica high quality Hand / Headworn / Podium microphone,
  3. Audio: CSC high power audio as this is open area.

Board Room

  2. VC Device: Logitech Rally Bar All-in-One Solution Camera + Mic + Speaker for large rooms. Comes with Speaker tracking + Grid view + Auto tracking+15X Zoom.
  3. Collaboration Solution: Zoapi unified platform for multi VC conference, wireless presentation and Digital Signage.
  4. Room Controller: Room Controller Enables one touch meeting Join + Present & Control + keyboard/Mouse.

Mid Size Room

Reception Signage

  1. Display: 75″ Sony Single Display500 nits brightness and slim bezel.
  2. Zoapi Signage: Zoapi Signage integrate all Zoapi solution on single dash board. It become easy to add and modify contents remotely.
